So what's going on? _-Caller: I need a filling or a crown on one of my tooth... yeah it's really bothering me right now. _ _Operator: Okay, um, the best I can do is tomorrow morning. _ _Caller: Uh, nevermind then, thank you very much. _ Operator: Uh, okay.
[Call #2:] _Caller: Okay, hello, can you hear me? _ _Operator: Yes, hi. _ _Caller: I was wondering if I could get a quote on how much a routine cleanup would cost? _ _Operator: A regular cleaning is $95. If we're talking about a periodontal condition, then it will be for descaling and root planing for four quadrants will be about nine hundred and twelve dollars. _ _Caller: How much? _ _Operator: $912. _
