Dental Newsletters & Patient Reminders For Dental Offices

Look, sending out regular communication to your patients is always a good idea. Lots of offices neglect this because they don't put forth the effort to create twelve monthly newsletters to their patients. Now, this is a big mistake, and if you don't have the time to do it, don't worry; we can help. Having regular communications with your existing patient pool is important; it keeps you top of mind and helps you communicate things to your patients that they may not know about you. One time, I had a doctor tell me that he had a patient come into his office and show off her brand new veneers. The doctor looked at the patient and said, “Wow, they look great. I would have loved to do them for you. Where did you go?” The patient paused and looked awkwardly back at the dentist and said, “I didn't know that you did veneers.” Look, we all think that patients know everything about us, but the reality is, if we don't communicate, we can't assume anything.

A monthly newsletter is a great way to tell patients what's going on and what's new about the practice. Keep the communication going for as long as they are a patient of record. If you don't know where to start or want help doing this, we would be happy to point you in the right direction or do the heavy lifting for you. Call or email us today and let's discuss how we can** **this vital communication out to your patients see you soon, thank you!
