Book Your Unscheduled Treatment

Every day, thousands of dollars walk out of your doors in the form of unscheduled treatment. Following up and getting patients to book their treatment separates the good practices from the great ones in the United States. The average dental office with ten or more years in business has over one million dollars of unscheduled treatment just sitting inside their computers or charts. This is the result of little or no follow-up with these patients. To solve this problem, we built a system that connects to your database and finds all of your patients who have a treatment plan but have not scheduled an appointment for that service. This program segments all of your patients into lists based on the treatment that is needed. If there is more than one treatment in their plan, this system will default to the highest-valued treatment option. Depending on that patient's treatment, you can provide an offer to incentivize that patient to come back and get that treatment done, or you can use this system without providing an incentive. It's up to you.

Now, if a patient is waiting for insurance or other benefits to kick in, you can use the Cloud Connect dashboard to initiate the follow-up process to start on a specific date. Once your lists have been created, the system will make multiple calls at once, allowing you to avoid dialing by hand, listening to ringtones, and waiting for voice messages. This results in having more conversations and booked appointments in a shorter time frame. For those who don't pick up the phone, the Cloud Connect software will send out emails and text messages at specific intervals in order to start conversations that lead to scheduled appointments.

The best part about this system is that the patient stays inside the communication cycle until they schedule an appointment or opt out of services, so none of your patients will fall through the cracks. All of this communication is personal and intriguing to the person that is being contacted. Here's an example of what most dental office emails look like: our emails are crafted to fit your office and brand, with pictures of you and your office staff. Here's what a typical dental office text message looks like, and again our text messages are personalized with pictures of your staff members and the ability to dynamically insert your patient's name into the image, which creates an incredible attention getter.

With these systems, you can fix the holes in your follow-up systems once and for all, so that you can create a new and reliable source of revenue for your dental practice.
